PRISM gridded daily and monthly precipitation amounts are typically adjusted to ensure that they match at the end of each month (i.e., sum of daily values = monthly value). This was found to not be the case for some months in 2016-2019. They have now been reconciled. The affected months are:

• May 2016
• Apr-May, Jul-Nov 2017
• Jul 2018
• Jan-Apr 2019

At the monthly time step, the corrections caused changes in precipitation values of generally less than 30mm. We advise users to re-download daily and monthly precipitation grids for the above months to ensure they have the most up-to-date data.
